Representatives from the UK Ministry of Defence visited several school in our area. The visitors included Ed Harris, Senior Education Officer, and Russell Collier, Senior Officer, both from the UK Ministry of Defence.
The main purpose of the visits is to collect local education information to support serving parents who are considering accompanied overseas assignments. The visits also help the MOD team understand and respond to any transitional challenges that particular groups of students may face.
The team visited Northsdie Middle School, Mary Calcott Elementary School, Crossroads, Granby High School, Blair Middle School, W.H. Taylor Elementary School, Maury High School, and Larchmont Elementary School.
